We will deliver your order to your delivery address within the nominated delivery period. In most cases, this will be within 48 hours of your order. In order to purchase goods from Wiggly Tail, the delivery address, which you nominate, must be correct. We will not be obliged to deliver goods if an incorrect address is supplied.
Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. A staff member will contact you via telephone or Email to arrange suitable time for delivery.
Your meat order is delivered within 48-72 hours from Sydney to Brisbane and 24 Hours locally.
However if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and you will be notified via telephone or email.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product we will give you a 24 hours money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at sales@wigglytail.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been tappered or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or not refrigerated. All products must be kept refrigerated below 5 degrees. All costs associated with the return of the goods are to be paid by the buyer.
